IKEA Malaysia was about to open their revamped store. The changes were based on customer feedback. So when it came to promoting the relaunch, it made perfect sense to celebrate that.
We challenged fans to post photos of their IKEA product lookalikes on Facebook. The entries were hilarious! The two-week campaign was shared over 1.5 million times, and garnered over 20,000 likes and shares. Work got picked up on sites like Buzzfeed, Distractify, 9Gag, Campaign and Design Taxi organically.
